Billing Changes

From today onward, unpaid accounts will not be suspended until 10 days after the due date (unless contacted and alternate arrangements made). Previously, this occurred after 3 days. This change has been made to reflect that clients using eCheck or other options may experience delays in processing by their bank or PayPal.
