Order Process: Currency set Automatically

You may not notice, but we have recently implemented GeoIP technology and are using it to determine the default currency based upon the location associated with your IP address. This is seamless and if it does not work, the system will simply use it's default currency automatically. It's just another feature in our effort to make doing business with us as easy as possible!




Aries downtime

UPDATE: The problem was a result of a Denial of Service attack. It took some time to mitigate, but a new hardware firewall has also been installed to assist and curb this type of problem in the future. There are currently some issues with Aries shutting down at random. We are looking into this now. Thank you for your patience.

After having our datacenter investigate the problem, it was discovered that a fauly stick of RAM was causing the server to shut off intermittently. Unexpected downtime

Due to a power failure in our datacenter space today, we experienced a brief downtime of about 2 hours this afternoon. The exact cause is still being looked into, and any news will be updated here as it becomes available. We thank you for your patience and understanding.




SMTP SSL issue on Athena

It has come to our attention that sending e-mail using SSL is not working properly on Athena since yesterday. We suspect that a software update may be the cause and are working on getting it resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime, e-mail can still be sent via the normal non-SSL option. Setting your e-mail program to send without SSL will be all that needs to be done as a workaround....
